Why fish by yourself when you can fish with other lucky anglers and save?

Stella Blue was originally a military passenger vessel, Liberty Launch Boat, capable of carrying 45 troops but as a fishing vessel we only allow 14 people for a more comfortable bottom fishing experience. Whether you are a newbie, have children that want to learn, or even a seasoned pro we know you'll have a good time on this shady and relaxing party boat fishing trip. Plenty of bait, rods and reels, music, bottled waters, ice for your BYOB beverages and a bathroom if you need it.

Stella will have an experienced USCG Master Captain and Crew to help keep you on the fish and catching! Plus, at the end of the fishing trip, we fillet all the fish complimentary while you hand feed the Tarpon for additional good times!

Frequently asked questions

You may park free anywhere along the charter boat area in the angled spaces in front of any boat but preferably near the vessel you will be boarding. Lots of cameras for security of the vessels and your vehicle. No pass required, public use.

Yes there is a simple restroom toilet. Nothing fancy but sufficient. There is also a public restroom next to the charter boat docks that you may use just before boarding with us.

Any fish determined by the crew to be a legal fish to keep, we will put on ice and fillet it later at the dock for free. We package your fillets in a fresh bag, which is then placed in another fresh bag of ice. You may take your fillets to any number of restaurants in the area for a "cook your catch" meal.

No you do not need a fishing license for this fishing trip. We have a license that covers all anglers on our vessel.

We provide baits both fresh and/or artificial. We even bait your hooks, unhook fish if you like. We also provide all of the other gear for catching some good fish!

Offshore fishing with Sportfish style boats for deep sea will typically catch Mahi, Mackerel, Barracuda, Sailfish, Tuna and/or Shark. For inshore fishing like Stella Blue you will catch Snapper, Grouper, Grunts, Barracuda and/or Shark. The type of fish is largely determined by how far out you travel in the vessel and fishing methods used.

The vessel is not handicap accessible in terms of a wheelchair but service dog is allowed with prior notice so proper accommodations can be made for the service animal as well.

Guests requirements

Please arrive 30 minutes early for check-in. Please advise of any physical limitations as soon as possible so that we have the chance to accommodate you. Remember to bring sunscreen even though Stella has a bimini-like top for shade.

Cancellation policy

You may cancel for any reason 24 hours prior to your trip and receive a refund less your 20% deposit. Within 24 hours any funds paid are non-refundable unless we have anglers on a backup list able to accept your place on the vessel. If the captain determines that conditions are unsafe for a trip, you will receive a full refund or reschedule the trip, your choice. If you elect for a refund, it will be completed within a reasonable number of business days depending on your payment method and regular banking processes, usually 3 business days.
